interfaces used by clients like Microsoft for requesting marketing
materials. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to
document all aspects of the functionality of these websites, with the
initial goal of creating comprehensive user guides for them in addition to
other possible goals. This is not a small project and will likely involve

San Jose and you will be able to do this work on a telecommute basis.

TELECOMMUTE FREELANCE REAL ESTATE WRITER SOUGHTAre you knowledgeable about real estate in San Francisco? Can you write
real estate centered profiles on the city’s various neighborhoods? We seek
to provide home buyers and sellers everything they need to know about their
local market and you can play a key role.

A new real estate community website is launching soon and we seek part-time
freelance writers to write short entries about real estate trends in local
neighborhoods and compile existing news stories relevant to the site’s
users.

Each article will be 200 - 400 words and you cannot use duplicate content
found on the Internet. All articles will be owned by our company and no
writing credits will be given. The articles will be uploaded by you to our
website, so some very basic computer skills are needed. Compensation will
vary according to the length of the story, but will generally be about
$10-25 per article.

This may lead to further work kickstarting the website’s local community by
starting forum discussions, commenting on user submissions, and adding
various types of content to the site.

You must be able to write clearly and work independently. An interest in
and some knowledge of real estate is preferable. You should enjoy what you
write about and this enthusiasm should come through in your writing.

All work is performed from home on your own schedule. The bulk of the
writing will occur between now and January 15th.

Please submit two brief writing samples and your resume.

Compensation: $10-$25 per approved article
