I have said it before and I will say it again, to me writing is like any other profession, you have to study it before you can do it justice. There are many wannabe writers out there who would disagree. But think of it this way. Can you name another profession where you just jump in and become good at it without any training?
I can’t. So check out this advice before you start your first novel. You will save yourself a lot of time and heartbreak in the long run. Getting a novel published is hard enough. Don’t make it harder on yourself. Learn.
