This technology allows presenters to ask questions which are displayed on a screen for the audience and allows attendees of the meeting to respond using a wireless keypad. Also, votes can be gathered in seconds and results displayed as a graph. This way of holding a business meeting will bring out the opinions of those who might otherwise stay silent, and the interest increases dramatically as people see the opinion of their peers. For me its all about ease of use, a colleague and I use the system for trainings and it really does streamline our program. We have a lot of PowerPoint presentations and Qwizdom software allows us to use those presentations with the remotes. I can check during the training to make sure everyone understands the processes and then when the session is done the results are saved in excel for me. Do you use Keynote? They just came out with a Mac Keynote software for all those die hard Mac users, like me!
Have you ever taken a look at Qwizdom’s Audience Response System? We use them at my work, they’re radio-frequency remotes and have a presenter remote too. so you can walk around the room while speaking and display graphs.
