Max Web Directory
As most bloggers and webmasters know, one of the first things to do when you create a new web presence is to submit your URL to as many web directories as possible. By doing this, you increase your chances of being indexed in search engines more quickly than just by waiting for the spiders of the search engines to find your site. But some web directories will take any site, no matter the content, since their function is automated and all they want is a link back to their directory.
Not so with Max web directory.Each entry that is submitted is individually reviewed by real human beings, guaranteeing that splogs and spam websites, or websites with hateful or XXX rated content are not allowed in. Submitting your website or blog is free and easy.
One thing I really like about the site of Max Web Directory is that they also have some helpful articles in the right sidebar, articles designed to assist you in getting your website noticed and other important stuff website owners and bloggers need to know.
Something I also noticed is that each entry has the Google Page Rank of the site listed with their entries. I am not sure of the reason for this, but for those of you who think page rank is very important, I guess it is nice to be able to see the rank of the sites listed.
I would recommend Max Web Directory without hesitation.
