Someone Said Code Is Poetry
If you are just beginning computer programming or are an old pro, Dreamincode.net is a site that will help you learn about coding or allow you to offer your expertise as a coder to those who ARE there to learn. A programming and web development community, Dreamincode.Net has around 20,000 members. It allows visitors free access to code tutorials, snippets of code, and forums for lovers of code. In the forums you can ask programming questions and receive answers from experts in such programming languages as C/C++, Visual Basic, Java, PHP, .NET, ASP, ColdFusion, and more. I have a long way to go before I could ever call myself a coder, though I am beginning, just beginning, as a writer, to understand what I read somewhere that “Code is Poetry.”
