Weekend Television

Sucks! I have become more of a television watcher than I have since I was a youngster. I guess that’s part of getting older. You just can’t run the streets, you know? :) I read alot, but sometimes, after blogging all day, my eyes are just too tired to read, and my mind wants to shut off, just watch some mindless TV. During the week I never miss King of Queens. It’s probably my favorite show, even though I have seen pretty much every episode at least twice, more like 4 or 5 times.

I am trying to save money too, so I don’t want to go shopping or out to eat much. So having only Antique Road Show on PBS to look forward to, or a cheesy Lifetime movie, makes me wish there were more quality programs on the weekend.

Oh, well, I guess if that’s my biggest problem I’m doing pretty good, huh?

I love KOQ!

Did you see where King of Queens is going off the air? I’m so sad.

NO WAY! :(

I still watch reruns of Seinfeld. I must have seen each episode a dozen times!

I always forget to watch KOQ’s - I’m usually on the computer at night and forget I even have a TV LOL

Do you have cable ..or just regular TV? Because we catch some good shows on the weekend!

Dirty Jobs, that show where the man survives in the wilderness (that’s a cool one!), oh - I watched a REALLY cool one on Saturday where they were purposely sinking an old aircraft carrier to make it a coral reef - that was super interesting!

But - I totally know what you mean about blogging all day and just wanting to veg! I’ve been known to scream at the dog in the middle of a verybloggy day - “I don’t wanna blog! Why don’t you go blog?!”

HAHAHAHA!

That is hilarious about the dog!

And I hear you when you say you forget you have a TV. I would rather be online anyway.

I miss Will & Grace, but now am loving The Class and Two and a Half Men. We love King of Queens too.

I’m all about mindless TV, too. There’s no better way to unwind at the end of a long day than to sit in front of the television for a couple of hours!

Weekends are for movie watching at our house!

I love watching the Antique show and seeing the insanely valuable things that people have!

I sold all my antiques at an auction two years ago. I can’t bear to watch the Antiques Roadshow for fear of finding out how much of a bargain people got on my stuff.
