Dallas House Values
The neighborhood I live in in Dallas, Texas must be a real estate agents nightmare, or dream, it’s just according to which corner you turn. Across the street from my apartment are huge Victorian mansions, but across the street on the other side, homeless people sit outside the doctors office, there is a halfway house next to the bus stop, and if you drive one block, you are in the poverty stricken area. I am certain that the house values of these mansions must suffer because of this.
But you know what? I love the fact that there is such an eclectic mix of people and property. It makes for some very interesting days. (and nights!) lol
