I found this story about Donna Hogan, Anna Nicole’s not nearly as pretty as her half-sister, who is said to be getting a boob job, dying her hair and hitting up Hugh Hefner to pose for Playboy. What do you bet, after looking at her mug, that Hugh says no? She is nowhere near the looker that her sister was.
