What Happens in Las Vegas…
I wish I could go so I’d be able to say, “stays in Las Vegas!” I love to gamble, though I have only been to a casino once, and that was in Louisiana. Everyone I know who has been to Las Vegas says that it is like entering a whole other dimension, another world. Time changes. You find yourself up and gambling at 3 a.m like it is the most natural thing in the world. That’s what I have been told, anyway. I also hear that the food is really good and very cheap. And the drinks are free when you are in a casino. Sign me up!
But I wonder what it is like to actually live in Las Vegas? From what I have learned, Las Vegas real estate is surprisingly affordable, and people are moving there in record numbers. I don’t know, though. It seems the mystic would disappear if you actually lived there. If you are reading this and live in Las Vegas, chime in and tell me whether I am right or wrong about that.
