“Blackbird House” by Alice Hoffman
I have never seen a writer who could turn words into magic like Alice Hoffman. She is the author who wrote the book PRACTICAL MAGIC that was turned into a movie, remember? I am reading a small book by her right now called BLACKBIRD HOUSE and I absolutely love it! I cannot stop smiling as I read. It is about a house in the forest and all of the different people who live there over time, each story connected to the other in Alice Hoffman’s magical style. This is a feel good book filled with symbolism for our everyday lives.
