Report the News, Make Money
I have discovered this great new program for those of us who are into monetizing our
websites or blogs. I am really excited about it because I am always reporting something newsworthy on several of my blogs and this could be a source of income on top of that! I also wouldn’t have to run around looking for all the latest breaking news, even entertainment news, it is all listed at the NewsRoom by category.
Yes, that’s what it’s called, The News Room and it provides access to hundreds of thousands of fully licensed news stories thatcan be published, or ‘mashed’, on your site. I embedded the following video easily and now I can MASH FOR CASH!
It only took minutes to sign up and once I decided what kind of news I wanted to display, all I had to do wash hit the mash button to embed the story. I will instantly begin earning money when people click on this story. And there is the chance to win prizes too! I need to really sit down and check out all the details of this program, but so far I sure am liking what I see. I have added the link to my favorites and WILL be using this revenue generating site called The News Room. I LIKE!
Another perk is the Viral Payment Plan in which I can earn a share of the advertising revenue each time mashed news is viewed on my site. TheNewsRoom has an innovative, viral payment model that can earn you up to $4 per thousand impressions (CPM). AND I can also earn money when someone mashes content from my site and it is viewed on theirs.
This is a very cool idea. I am thinking I need to put the news in my sidebar. I’ll have to test it out and see what works best.
