Attorney General Resigns
- A developing story at CNN News says that US Attorney General Albert Gonzales will announce his resignation this morning. This is not earth shattering news, Gonzales has been basically asked to quit after the firing of several US Attorneys. But the real news is that Homeland Security Chief Chertoff is likely to be his replacement, and Clay Johnson from the office of Management and Budgets could be Chertoff’s replacement.
