Let’s Talk About Mortgages
The unfortunate news is that interest rates have risen to the point that homeowners are having to remortgage their homes. But the problem looks as if it lied in the the fact that banks were too fast to loan money to people who couldn’t afford to pay their mortgages.
However, did you know that you can buy payment protection for your mortgage? I sure didn’t. I am thinking about trying to buy a home in the next few years and if I do I definitely want to check into this program. What a lifesaver that would be for those who are struggling to keep a roof over their head.
