Doris Roberts on A & E
I love watching A & E biographies. This morning the biography I am watching is about Doris Roberts. I am learning things about this actress that I would never have known otherwise, like that the love of her life was a writer, and that she left her present husband for him. You think of Doris Roberts, or most of us do I would imagine, after watching her for so long as the prudish, controlling mother on Everybody loves Raymond, as never having been a young and sexy woman. But she was!
