Misunderstanding Medicare for Years
Isn’t it funny, how we get something in our heads and spend forever thinking that it is right, even if it’s not? For instance, I have always thought that medicare insurancewas for people with low incomes. But I learned only a few months ago, when a friend was talking about getting her medicine with her medicare, and I knew she wasn’t poor, that I was corrected in my wrong assumption.
Medicaid is for the children of low income families. Medicare is for the elderly.
Doh!
