Today is lesson day, at least for me. I have been seeing advertisements for SugarCRM all over the place but didn’t know what it was. Now I do. SugarCRM is Customer Relationship Management software used by companies to manage all aspects of their customer relationship. Is that why it’s called sugar, cause you gotta be sweet to the customers?
Corratech is a company that installs and maintains SugarCRM, which is a better proprietary solution to the customer relationship software you can buy from the large companies.
The advantages of SugarCRM is higher quality, faster upgrades, and more flexibility.
