A Touchy But Necessary Subject
I have had a section on environmental concerns since I first started this blog, so no one should be surprised that I am about to discuss waste management.
Yeah, it’s a nasty subject, but it is one of the biggest problems we face. People take this kind of thing for granted. But you can bet your bottom dollar they wouldn’t if the luxury they enjoy was taken away, you know?
If every company man or woman who reads this post and is in charge of their waste management issues would be environmentally conscious and check out this solid waste management software at Waste Works Online and implement it, we would take a big chunk out of our waste management problem.
Cooks Central
Have you heard about this wonderful site, Cooks Central, yet? I just found it yesterday and am loving it. They have recipes, contests, a forum, and so much more.
Be sure to check this one out, cooks, and wanna be cooks!
Frugality is a Cousin to Efficiency
Yes, that’s right. Think about it. How can you be frugal if you are not organized and efficient? I can’t count the number of people I have met who are tight with their money, but due to their messiness and disorganization end up never getting ahead financially. Why? Because half the time they don’t even know what they possess!
Let’s apply this to a business. Training management=efficiency=profit. Do you think the company who gets ahead doesn’t have a frugal accountant? One who makes sure the company has the best training management software like that offered at Conductit?
Any way you slice it, frugality comes into the equation where success and profit are involved. It just has to be that way, and you can’t have success and profit without efficiently trained management.
Free Goodies and Making Money
Hello all you Frugalitas, (I just now made that up!) how is every little thing? It’s been storming like crazy in Waxahachie, Texas. I love it. I was thinking it would be the last cool weather for a very long time, so I might as well enjoy it.
I have been working really hard, doing lots of research on how to make a living online besides blogging. I get tired of doing the paid to blog thing only, I need diversity and a few other income streams.
I am happy to report that I found more than I ever dreamed of! I wanted to share my treasures with you. This site, Fabulous Free Stuff, is going to blow you away. Be sure to check it out. When something is REALLY great I am usually at a loss for words. That is the case when it comes to Fabulous Free Stuff. You’ll just have to see for yourself.
The other thing I found is the new enterprise I have become involved in. I discovered Global Team Club completely by accident. I was looking for ways to make a few bucks and decided the reading emails thing might do the trick. Little did I know that the GPT, or Get Paid To, industry is booming!
I have made probably 100 dollars in a week, signing up for free trials, taking surveys, reading emails, and getting paid to click on links.
If you are looking for a new income stream, why not join Global Team Club as my affiliate? They have all the best GPT programs listed, scam free ones, those that pay well, and they also give you all the marketing tools to really make some serious dough.
Here is my affiliate link. Also check out The Marketing Pond, another GPT downline club. I had no idea these kind of clubs existed, but I sure am glad they do! I feel like I am part of a team that is watching my back.
Us Frugalitas, (I like that word!) are all about saving money, and being a part of these two sites will help you to do that. The only thing that you will have to get used to is all the free stuff, and some junk, you get in your email. But hey, everything comes with a price.
Oh, I almost forgot. What I have been working very hard on is this new blog, Online Central, where I have sections and sections of free stuff: work at home resources, job boards, links and tools for marketing success, etc. The site is under construction and you, my Frugalita friends, are the first people I am sharing it with.
There is quite a bit of free stuff already there with much more to come. Pass the word along, link to the site, Stumble, Digg, call it Delicious, whatever, but be sure to check it out!

Complement Your Life With Complimentary Stuff
A guest post/article by Sarah Scrafford
It’s not true that nothing in the world comes for free – not if you know where and how to look. The Internet is a rich source of a host of freebies, coupons that give you discounts, links that provide access to great shopping deals and bargains, contests that win you fabulous prizes and sites that offer money in return for a few minutes of your time.
I’ve listed a few such sites below, but a word of caution is necessary at this point – never pay money or give out sensitive information (like social security numbers, credit card details and bank account information) in return for free stuff. It has to be totally free, or it’s not worth it.
1. World Wide Freebies: This site offers access to free coupons, runs contests where you can win great stuff like movie tickets and DVDs, lists the latest shopping deals, and provides links to other sites with freebies.
2. A Plus Free Stuff: Go here for free samples of new products, links to other sites that offer free gifts and coupons that you can exchange for rebates.
3. One Free Stuff Site: Rather than offering the free stuff, this site is a by-category directory listing of sites that offer freebies. So if you’re looking for free stuff for your office, you can search just that particular link.
4. We Love Freebies: Another site that offers tons of free stuff, all categorized according to use, country and popularity.
5. The Free Site: This site offers not just free product samples but also free dating and personals services.
2000 Freebies: Get free baby stuff, health products, coupons, T-shirts and much, much more at this site – it even has an alphabetical index that helps you find what you’re looking for in record time.
6. I Don’t Pay: Free games, books, T-shirts, credit cards, and so much more on offer at this site which also partners various other freebie providers.
7. Abby’s Good Stuff: This site offers free stuff by categories, lists the most popular free stuff links, provides access to great shopping deals, and also offers free online fun games and activities.
8. Freeware Guide: Arguably one of the best sites for free applications related to business and finance applications, audio, education, games, Internet, computers, software development, multimedia and design and web development.
9. Free to Try: As the name suggests, this site offers free stuff that you can try out before you decide to purchase. You can also pick up other freebies like credit cards, magazines, software and games.
10. I Love Freebies: This site features the latest freebies on offer on its home page, including free gas cards, free samples of products and coupons for grocery shopping.
11. Free Web Bargains: A nifty site if you’re looking for the best bargains and deals on the Internet, with access to free stuff, discount codes, and special shopping offers and deals.
12. Freebie Land: Take part in simple contests and win fabulous prizes or pick up free stuff like jeans, holiday and restaurant cards (eat for free) and so many more.
13. Sweet Free Stuff: As the tag line says, everything on the site is totally free of charge. Complete some forms to pick up free stuff or write in to claim your free samples.
14. Completely Free Stuff: A site that provides free stuff and promises not to flood you with pop ups or ask for fees of any kind.
15. Only Free: This site lists freebies and coupons by the country – you have stuff local to the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia and stuff valid internationally.
16. My Freebie Source: Provides access to free stuff and sites where you get paid to take surveys.

Five Simple Ways To Create Everyday Food Adventures Without Having To Travel The World
What is a food adventure first off? Well I would describe it as an event or activity around food which cultivates learning, discovery, exhilaration, and a general positive view of food. You don’t necessarily have to be a food writer, food columnist, food critic, or the elite to have this experience.
